Zaire is one of the more developed countries in Africa, relatively speaking but I sure wouldn't be sending money to a new book now and particularly one in a jurisdiction not known for their sportsbooks. What was wrong with The Greek or CRIS?

Maybe this is a new version of the old "money transfer scam". How did you hear about them in the first place? My guess is that you're out $500.....
